Medication source added to medication history
Medications in Primary Record are deduplicated from multiple sources. The Medication History section on the medication detail page now shows each entry’s source, so users can trace a medication or prescription order back to where it came from.
Note source now reflect the origin
Physician notes pulled in through the EHR integration now display the source EHR instead of Primary Record, so users can see which system a note actually came from.
