2. What Changed #

New Integration: Fasten Health #

  • Patient portal coverage expanded from 8,000 to 52,000 portals from 29 EHR vendors
  • More streamlined connection setup with improved visibility throughout the process
  • More reliable connections with better status messaging
  • Expanded insurance payer coverage (Anthem, Aetna, Humana, Medicare, United Health)
  • Foundation for additional clinical data to be surfaced in upcoming releases

Sunsetting: 1up Health #

  • 1up Health is no longer available, and automated record updates via 1up Health will stop on April 1, 2025
  • Existing 1up Health connection instances will remain visible on the Portals page alongside the new Fasten Health integration until the two are merged in a future release

3. Data & Migration Notes #

No Data Loss All records previously retrieved via 1up Health connections are fully preserved. No patient data will be lost during this migration.

⚠️ Do Not Delete 1up Health Instances Deleting an existing 1up Health connection will permanently remove all associated records from that connection. We strongly recommend leaving existing 1up Health instances intact. The two integrations will be merged automatically in a future release.

To continue receiving updated records, users must reconnect their patient portals using the new Fasten Health integration. Records will be merged automatically within the application as they are updated.

4. Required User Actions #

  • No action required to preserve previously collected data
  • Reconnect patient portals using Fasten Health to resume automated record updates
  • Do NOT delete existing 1up Health connections — data loss will occur

5. Known Limitations & Coming Soon #

  • Both 1up Health and Fasten Health integrations will appear on the Portals page until a future merge release
  • Additional clinical information will be surfaced after the full rollout is complete
  • The Portals page will be consolidated into a single unified integration view in a future release
