🆕 Enhancements #

Rich Text Editing for Notes #

The ability to structure a note with rich text controls like bold, underline, strikethrough, and bulleted lists helps users scan and gain a better context of the note. Adding links will help our families and professionals share additional resources and have the readers more easily follow them.

Sharing a note via email #

Users can now share notes easily from the note details screen by clicking the “Share” button in the action bar at the bottom of the page. Users can select collaborators from the list or enter any email they choose. This was done so that the Care Team can more easily stay informed and engaged, even if they don’t regularly sign in to Primary Record.

Recent notifications badge over Clients in the Professional application #

Professionals managing many clients can find it challenging to keep up with care team collaborator questions and comments on a client’s profile. Now, if there is a new message or comment on the client account, a green dot will show next to the client name, indicating that the user has not seen a recent message.

Date of Birth and Point of Contact email are now optional in the bulk client loader for the Professional Application #

Professionals can now leverage the bulk loader even if they don’t yet have all the information for a client or the point of contact.

🐛 Bugs and Issues #

  • The Chat Assistant screen resolved layout issues with the Android application build.
  • Not being able to scroll through lab results was addressed.
  • Light grammar and spelling corrections were made.
