## 🆕 Enhancements

### **Medication source added to medication history**

Medications in Primary Record are deduplicated from multiple sources. The Medication History section on the medication detail page now shows each entry's source, so users can trace a medication or prescription order back to where it came from.

### Note source now reflect the origin

Physician notes pulled in through the EHR integration now display the source EHR instead of Primary Record, so users can see which system a note actually came from.
