When you manage a Medical Profile with collaborators, you can message all the collaborators at once.
Tip: You can also choose what notifications to receive for the Medical Profiles you manage or collaborate on through your preferences.
- On a mobile device or computer, open a browser, and sign into Primary Record.
- Click Profiles > Choose the Medical Profile where you want to send the message.
- Under Dashboard, select Message.
- Type the message you want to send.
- Click Send.
