When you manage a Medical Profile with collaborators, you can message all the collaborators at once. You can also choose

- On a mobile device or computer, open a browser, and sign into Primary Record.
- Click Profiles > Choose the Medical Profile where you want to send the message.
- At the bottom, click Send message.
- Type the message you want to send.
- Click Send.
