Message and comment emails

Emails sent from the application by a user to other users/collaborators for a profile will now be from the email no-reply@primaryrecord.com. Additionally, the messaging and commenting emails to collaborators now more clearly show the user where to click to reply to that message. These two steps were taken to avoid users clicking reply to the support@primaryrecord.com email and to get the Primary Record support team to follow up and drive users back to the application for comments.

Chat Assistant Respons UI

Before the update, users were scrolled to the bottom of the chat response and had to scroll back to the top to read the message. After the user submits the question, the app shows the top of the message.

Medication dose statement added to the list view

Users will now see the dose statement (E.g., 1 5mg tablet a day in the morning) on the medication card in the list view rather than having to click on the medication details to read the dose.


๐Ÿ› Issues resolved

  • Deleting a patient portal now sends the user back to the portal list rather than to the profile’s activity feed.
