🆕 Enhancements
Advanced Directives
Our caregiving software centralizes critical health information and provides families with easy access to essential care decisions. By creating an Advanced Directive within your family member’s profile, you can define and document specific medical instructions, ensuring everyone involved understands your loved one’s preferences. This directive is readily accessible online, and its status is shared with authorized caregivers, relatives, and medical professionals.
Users can now define those Advanced Directives in the medical profile information section below.
In defining the end-of-life measures, we’ve included a reference to all 50 States Advanced Directive Forms to help users find the appropriate documentation.
Improved Collaborator Permissions
Collaborators given edit permission to a profile can now invite other collaborators to the profile. This was previously only a permission granted to the Profile Organizer. This should now better support family and professional care team collaborators share access with those who need it most.
Mobile-friendly lists on the Professional App
The earliest version of the professional application was designed primarily for desktop users. We received requests to improve the experience for those users who are accessing the application on the go with a mobile device. Professional users can now see a simple list of Clients, Resources, and Users. If they need to see the details, they can click the table row.
The ‘As Needed’ tag was added as a medication tag
Links to Upgrade from the free to premium subscription were added to the application
This was done to better guide people wanting to subscribe to the Family Unlimited subscription who want to remove the limit of Chat Assistant questions, Files loaded, and Patient Portal refreshes available monthly for the Free Family Tier.
🐛 Issues and bugs
- Image and file uploads were not functioning on beta versions of the application on IOS. This was resolved and only impacted the native app beta version of the applications, not the web-based one.
- Profile messages were not in the email to collaborators who subscribed to receive them. This was resolved, and no data was lost from the original messages.
- The list of labs did not allow users to scroll on mobile or desktop views. This was resolved.
- An issue preventing users from deleting an uploaded insurance card was resolved.
