When files are uploaded to the Primary Record, they undergo processing of text and images, making them accessible for search functions and the chat assistant.

Document & Text Formats #

  • ABW: AbiWord document format, used for word processing documents.

  • AZW: Amazon Word format, used for eBooks on Kindle devices.

  • CBR: Comic Book RAR archive, used for comic book files.

  • CHM: Compiled HTML Help file, used for software documentation.

  • CSV: Comma-Separated Values, used for tabular data in plain text.

  • DOC: Microsoft Word document, used for text documents.

  • DOCM: Microsoft Word Macro-Enabled Document, used for Word documents with macros.

  • DOCX: Microsoft Word Open XML Document, used for modern Word documents.

  • DOTX: Microsoft Word Template, used for creating standardized documents.

  • EPUB: Electronic Publication, used for eBooks.

  • HTML: HyperText Markup Language, used for creating web pages.

  • KEY: Apple Keynote presentation file, used for slideshows and presentations.

  • LWP: Lotus Word Pro document, used in IBM Lotus software.

  • MARKDOWN: A lightweight markup language, used for creating formatted text.
