From Mistrust to Understanding: How AI Is Helping Immigrant Families Understand Their Doctor and Their Health
A public health student’s summer project connected Eritrean and Ethiopian family members to their health records through AI. She showed how understanding personal health information, in their own language, can change how confidently someone talks to their doctor.
