Health Information Difficulties in Older Adults with Dementia: Perspectives from Physical Therapists
Dementia is associated with a higher risk of fall injuries and an increased need for the service of physical therapists. With the increased interaction with their healthcare information, patients often feel lost in organizing and managing their healthcare journey. Three physical therapists were interviewed to discuss how to help best patients with cognitive difficulties and how a possible health data management tool, Primary Record, could help improve patient experience.
